1 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1 1/2 tsps
baking soda
1 cup
unsalted butter
1 cup
crunchy peanut butter
1 cup
granulated sugar
1 cup
packed brown sugar

large eggs
Description

Nothing beats the classics. These cookies are light and chewy, with the perfect amount of peanut butter taste. Perfect for any occasion.

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, sift RYZE flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  2. In another large bowl cream butter, peanut butter and sugars in a bowl. Once combined, beat eggs in.
  3. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture in 3rds until combined.
  4. Once combined, refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line cookie sheets with parchment or tin foil. We used tin foil for ours.
  6. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and space 2inchs from each other.
  7. Flatten balls with fork, making a crisscross pattern with fork.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes.
