I tried this GF flour for the first time today. I like the fact that it's 100% rice and yet I can use it without all the unusual weird add-ins most GF flours call for in their recipes that I never have on hand. Also love the fact that there's no soy or potato starch, etc. I made the pancakes, and my husband thought they were delicious, as did I. I did have to add more liquid than called for, but that wasn't a big deal. They were really good pancakes. I'm looking forward to trying the blue bag to make Christmas cookies this year.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT.. Finally something that is gluten and wheat free is actually edible. My youngest daughter is allergic to wheat, (she's 38) and was diagnosed 2 years ago. When it arrived I didn't want until the next day to try it out. I used it immediately, finally actual muffins for Trish. I also made cookies with the blue bag and will make sure my pantry is stocked with these wonderful flours.
