Love this flour!!!! I tried this at the mpls gluten-free convention. Scott and Xin were awesome reps! Will definitely buy this flour, it tastes great!
We have used up our first bag making waffles almost exclusively over the past several months. I have used other gluten free flours & this one is a good value for the cost.
I tried this GF flour for the first time today. I like the fact that it's 100% rice and yet I can use it without all the unusual weird add-ins most GF flours call for in their recipes that I never have on hand. Also love the fact that there's no soy or potato starch, etc. I made the pancakes, and my husband thought they were delicious, as did I. I did have to add more liquid than called for, but that wasn't a big deal. They were really good pancakes. I'm looking forward to trying the blue bag to make Christmas cookies this year.
I LOVE THIS PRODUCT.. Finally something that is gluten and wheat free is actually edible. My youngest daughter is allergic to wheat, (she's 38) and was diagnosed 2 years ago. When it arrived I didn't want until the next day to try it out. I used it immediately, finally actual muffins for Trish. I also made cookies with the blue bag and will make sure my pantry is stocked with these wonderful flours.
