"I recently purchased the yellow bag and the blue bag and I have used them both to make different baked goods. The cookies, cakes, pastries, and brownies have fantastic, "fluffy" texture and taste...nobody knows they are eating gluten-free goodies!! This is not like any other gluten-free flour I have tried in the past. And you can't beat the price, especially compared to other brands of gluten-free flour. I have to purchase more soon, as I've already made a huge dent in both bags! "
New Flour Blend that needs no gums or other flours. I've been a gluten free baker for many years and always combine a bunch of flours to create my own blend or buy a commercial blend of flours. Either way, they consist of starches and gums as well as gf flours. This is a couple of kinds of rice flour. That's it. I made chocolate pistachio biscotti with this blend. Amazing results - not grainy or crumbly and held together well. If you've ever made gluten free baked goods you know how exciting it is to have something hold together and taste "normal." This Ryze is amazing. I have suffered celiac disease for many years and this product has allowed me eat food that love very much again.
Made biscuits with this flour. I found them to be the easiest and most tastefull of all gluten free biscuits yet. Still have not found any gluten free biscuits as good as my old fashion ones
